Logging On to FTP Srver
Please click the following link to retrieve your data.  You can also copy and past the link into your internet browser address bar.  You will need to have the username and password received from the email address shipping@cbssearch.net on hand.  Please note the username and password are case sensitive.

Downloading Data
Once connected you will need to download the data from the FTP site to your local Computer or Network.  You may do so by dragging the file from the FTP window to your desired local drive, or by Right clicking on the file and selecting “Copy To Folder”.  At this point a new window will open and you can browse to the desired location that you wish to save the data.

Unzipping the file
You will need to have a zip utility to extract the data. (winzip, winrar, win_ace, stuffit etc…)  The data is zipped with password protection.  You received the password from shipping@cbssearch.net.  Double click the downloaded file and enter the password.  The data will be in the format you discussed with your College Bound Selection Service sales rep.
